Please note that should you choose to have your order delivered by Standard delivery, we accept no liability for orders that are lost or undelivered in transit. We always retain proof of postage to your country. If you order Goods from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

There are a small number of postcodes in the UK, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale, however we will notify you as soon as possible.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

A signature will be required on receipt of your goods being delivered by Recorded delivery. If you are not around to accept your parcel a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know a delivery has been attempted.

Please note that orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday. If an order is placed by 1:00pm on Friday, we try to dispatch the same day. If an order is placed after this time, or on Saturday and Sunday, the order will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that orders are not dispatched on public holidays.
