Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however in the event that you wish to return any item, please email us at admin@carlton.london to request a returns form.  Please complete and return the form with your purchase within 14 days. Please return the relevant item to us at:

You must also email us at admin@carlton.london with your name and order number, confirming you have returned your purchase so that our warehouse is aware that your order is being returned.

The items must be returned in an unused or unworn condition and packaged in the original packaging. Please ensure you package your return correctly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Please note returns are at your own cost, unless damaged or faulty or sent in error.  All purchases will be inspected upon return. If your item is suitable for return, we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase MINUS the original delivery costs.  Delivery costs are only refunded at our discretion.

Please note refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of returns being received.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer exchanges on items.  Please simply return your unwanted item to us and place an order for the correct item in the normal manner.

We also accept cancelled orders within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please email admin@carlton.london with your cancellation.
